Entries are now closed for 2019.

If you are 16 or under on the 30th November, it’s completely free. If you are older, you can enter the adult competition.

The Cameron Bespolka Young Bird Photographer of the Year Award aims to encourage and recognise the younger generation of birders and photographers. There are no individual subject categories to worry about; the judges will choose the image that impresses them most. If you are looking for inspiration have a look at this year's winners.

The photographer of the winning image will receive £350, a pair of Swarovski CL Pocket 8x25 binoculars and the title of Young Bird Photographer of the Year.

The runner-up will receive £200. 3rd place will receive £100.
