We were thrilled to sponsor 20 young carers from Winchester & District Young Carers as well as Romsey Young Carers for a residential 3 day stay at Minstead Study Centre in New Forest.  

Young carers are children and young people who care for a parent or sibling with a long-term illness or disability. This break is a time for them to be children and Minstead Study Centre offers a wonderful and safe place for them to do just that.  The Study Centre, nestled in the New Forest, with a sustainability focus, offers a unique outdoor learning experience that helps young people care about the environment and nurture positive attitudes.
