  • Young Ambassador talks to BBC South East

    Young Ambassador, Mya Bambrick talked to BBC South East recently about her passion for nature and why she is encouraging teenagers to take up birdwatching.

    Mya talks about setting up a wildlife garden at her school and how she engages with other children to spread the world about the joy of the natural world.

  • Mya makes the local press

    News of Mya Bambrick's appointment as a Young Ambassador for the Trust has made it to the pages of the local press.

    The article was written by her school who are justifiably proud of Mya's new appointment and her determination to inspire the next generation to become involved with nature.

    Mya hopes to create wildlife friendly areas within schools starting with Thomas Bennett Community College, where she is currently studying.

  • Cameron's Cottage Video

    Young Ambassador Amy Hall has produced a fabulous video offering a quick look at Cameron’s Cottage before the work begins. 

    Tucked away, deep in the New Forest, the potential this derelict building has to be transformed into a wonderful centre to experience the natural world is there to see. Drone footage is courtesy of the RSPB and music is from BenSounds. The video features our co-founder Corinne Bespolka and ambassadors Tommy Saunders and Alex Chapman.

  • Osprey Leadership Foundation

    We are delighted to announce that our Young Ambassador Amy Hall has been nominated and added to the Stars of the Future Scheme run by the Osprey Leadership Foundation.

    Amy is currently a zoology student at the University of Exeter and has a penchant for raptors and filming wildlife. Being part of the leadership programme will help Amy gain experience that will be invaluable in helping her become a conservation leader of the future. Well done Amy! So well deserved.

  • Hampshire Coast Walk
